An intelligent training system: The Flex Short has 4 workout programmes which allow the exercise level to be increased automatically:

- Introduction, beginner, intermediary and advanced.

Each programme alternates warm and warm-down phases for the muscles.
It must be used once every day for the first 4 to 8 weeks and then the number of sessions can be reduced to 2 or 3 times a week for 20 to 30 minutes a time.

Memorisation of the exercise settings: The Short Flex memorises the sessions and incites the user to increase her exercise level in order to achieve the best possible results.

Progression chart: A personal progression chart is supplied with the short so you can simultaneously follow your sessions, your physical activity and your diet.

Velcro fixing: Washable short simply attached with a Velcro system and adaptable to all body forms.
