Summary file

At the end of a session the Polar RS200 allows the user to review, duration of exercise, heart rate average for the entire session, the training limits applied, how long you spent "in zone" and the amount of calories burnt with % of fat calories.

The training file also contains the following information: Date and start time, duration of exercise, average heart rate (in bpm or %), maximum heart rate (bpm or %), training zone applied, time in this zone, time above the zone and time below zone, Total calories burnt, number of laps, best lap time, lap time with average heart rate and heart rate at end of lap.

The Polar RS200 has a flexible display and allows the user to view the data that is most important to them, i.e. Calories, Total Time and Heart Rate.
