What does the guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers all problems occurring with the product frame (and/or motor depending on
the guarantee extension chosen when ordering). The guarantee is
valid for an exceptional period of 5 or 15 years following the
manufacturer’s original guarantee.
Your guarantee extension will appear on your invoice.
How does the guarantee extension work?
The guarantee extension is limited to the product purchase price.
The guarantee covers the reimbursement of repair or replacement costs
of guaranteed products or defective parts, when due exclusively to
normal usage, as recommended in the manufacturer’s instructions, and
exclusively to home use. The frame or motor guarantee does not under
any circumstances cover normal product working parts.
If a problem occurs with your product, you should return the product to
us. Always telephone or write beforehand in order to obtain a return
number and the address of the returns depot. This will enable us to
repair your product and/or deal with your claim as quickly as possible.
